Have 5 years of driving experience

The shipper is responsible for:

Properly packaging, labeling, and providing shipping papers for hazmat

The carrier is responsible for:

Transporting the shipment safely and placarding the vehicle

The driver is responsible for:

Safely transporting, refusing leaking packages, and having proper documents
